Responsibilities
a. Deliver and ensure outstanding customer service
b. Establish and maintain relationships with customers
c. Effectively handle complaints
d. Actively market and promote company products and services
e. Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers
f. Monitor and ensure smooth network operations
g. Maintain product and service quality
h. Maximize internet usage by customers


Requirements:
a. Male, D3 or S1 in Computer Science or Engineering
b. Excellent knowledge on internet working, hardware and software
c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
d. Fluency in English would be an advantage
e. Able to work under pressure and willing to work on shift
f. Pleasant personality, creative and energetic
g. Have own motorcycle

PROGRAMMER (P) Based in Surabaya
Responsibilities
a. Analyze, design and develop program
b. Perform data research and data coding
c. Implement, monitor and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of program
d. Handle troubleshooting skillfully
e. Update system and program periodically
f. Maintain product and service quality
g. Maintain security system


Requirements:
a. Male or female, S1 in Computer Science or Engineering
b. Experience in internet related industry is an advantage
c. Excellent in programming and willing to explore new program
d. Good knowledge and usage of MySQL, PHP, .NET, Visual basic
e. A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced team atmosphere
f. Willing to work long hours and avilable on emergency situation
g. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
h. Able to work under pressure

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION (SA) Based in Surabaya
Responsibilities
a. Maintain and operate server and/or network
b. It is charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining computer systems, Responding to service outages and other problems.
c. Upgrading servers.
d. Responsible for ensuring the servers are backed up the server data is secure
e. In charge of servers and networking project life cycle setup, administrate, and trouble-shoting
f. Assists in monitoring server (mail and log server)
g. Assists in project creation and gives inputs for further improvement to meet the company's standard performs agreed projects on time together with other divisions.

Requirements:
